Returns

At LEAFGEAR we are committed to provide you 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your merchandise and wish to return an item within 30 days of receipt, please make sure you contact our Customer Service by email or at +31 88 5323432. They will provide you with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All returns must have a RMA number written on the outside of the box in order to be processed. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted and returned to sender.

The shipping costs for incorrectly shipped items will be met by LEAFGEAR. Goods which are supplied correctly may be returned within a 30 day period for a refund. Shipping costs for correctly shipped items will be paid by the customer. For your convenience, the cost of return shipping can be deducted from your refund balance if requested.

Please don’t forget to keep your tracking number for the returned package as LEAFGEAR is not responsible for lost packages in transit. You are responsible for your package untill it has been returned to us. Your returns should be shipped to the following address:

All returned merchandise must be in new condition, unworn and in the original packaging with all original tags in place. Returns will not be accepted if item exhibits any obvious signs of wear or is not in the condition in which it was received. All original packaging and materials including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise including a copy of your sales invoice. We will not accept a package back that can’t be re-sold!

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed within 7 days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Please be advised we have no exchange policy! If you want to exchange your merchandise you need to order your new item. Unfortunately your refund cannot be used to pay for a new item.
