Shipping & returns
TNT Post sends all our packages in The Netherlands. For prepaid orders up to 10 kg we charge € 7,00 and for packages ranging from 10 to 30 kg we will charge € 10,00. For a COD shipment, only possible in The Netherlands, we are charging € 15,00.
Our packages are delivered all over the world. For shipments outside The Netherlands we charge variable rates which are calculated per individual country. Shipping costs are determined according to weight shown below:
When ordering you need to specify your delivery address so the cost of shipment can be calculated. If the shipment costs do not appear or if you have any questions about these charges please contact our customer service.
Potential returns are only allowed within 7 days after receipt and can be sent to:

Returned products are never used. All returns need to be adequately stamped and shipped in original packaging with the addition of original sales invoice.
